He tried to escape, and failed. He tried to understand, and regretted it. So he became an integral part of the cycle. A little stagehand, hiding behind the scene, making sure the play moves smoothly, exploring the dark corners of Sierpinski and Rotfront, trying to survive and bring an end to this endless cycle of death and promises. His mind may be broken, but the memories are still fresh.
