“Keith,” he called out again, louder. “Keith--” Keith stirred weakly. A broken sound left his throat, somewhere between a groan and a breath. His head rolled slightly toward Lance, eyes fluttering open for half a second before slipping shut again. He was being half-dragged, half-carried by the Galra guards as he slipped in and out of consciousness. The blood dripped down from the wound on his head, past his eye and down to his chin. Lance decided that he would do whatever he had to do to keep them together. They cannot get separated. Keith needs him. He can’t lose Keith. “That’s it,” Lance said with a shaking voice. “That’s it, okay? You’re doing great. Just-- just keep breathing.” Keith and Lance end up stranded on a planet after a mission goes wrong. But that's only where their troubles begin. Captured and tortured relentlessly, Keith finds something out about himself that shocks him to his core. Terrified and delirious, Lance doesn't take it too well. Their relationship strains before it shifts and deepens as they work together to escape alive. Note: Guys, I'm no writer and this is just for fun <3
