Fics like Take A Taste

"The landlord smirked as he haphazardly held a half-eaten banana in his hand; his casual aura offset the expensive looking suit oddly well. 'A landlord can't stop by to check on his favorite tenant?' Goodman chirped before reaching out to squeeze Marvins cheek, though the anxious man swatted the incoming hand out of his face before it could make contact. 'Listen Marvin, the IRS is up my ass again, and not in the fun way. It pains me, absolutely pains me to say this but I’ve had to put my expenses on ice.' With a snap of a finger Goodman's elderly butler, Chives, dragged a small wagon with a giant block of ice up onto the porch before retreating behind his boss. Goodman waggled the banana in front of Marvins face. 'Been in the mood for a Sundae lately, a Marvin Sundae. Some bananas, cream, that flat little ass of yours... I thought to myself: ‘Goodman, you always drag yourself over here just for the disappointment of not getting your house payment. You deserve a treat!’ Doesn't that sound like a generous thought?' Marvin’s eyes darted when the fruit was held in front of him, trying to get the idea." AKA Marvin's starting to enjoy hooking up with Goodman to pay rent; Goodman doesn't like Marvin enjoying things...
