Fics like Dandy’s Noninteractive Torture [SWAP AU]

Welcome to the Gardenview Educational Center and Museum! The Dandy’s World characters you’ve come to know and love reside right here in this facility, waiting to inspire and entertain kids from all over! Here, you can meet the popular Main Characters: the crotchety Astro, the adorable pet rock Pebble, the lively and fun-loving Sprout, the curious and semi-supercilious Shelly, and the star of the show, Dandy! If none of those Toons suit your fancy, our large cast of Side Characters will give every family an experience they won’t soon forget! Despite the total human abandonment of the Gardenview Center, the Toons inside have managed to create a system where they can survive without their beloved human staff. Every so often, a group of eight Toons travel to the deeper depths of the building and fill strange machines with ichor—the liquid that each Toon relies on to exist—while avoiding their monstrous counterparts. The “extraction runs” are dangerous, but they are a necessity. As time goes on, and friendships begin to ruin and reform, clues start to fall into place about the secrets every Toon holds.
