Fics like Sheets of Feathers and Blood

For the Bottom Knives Week 2025 Behind some veils hanging from the ceiling, there was Knives, sleeping on a big, low bed, unbothered and at peace, in a nest of long sheets, glowing softly in light shades of cerulean and white and silver - Knives' colours. His feathers were everywhere on his bed and sprouted from under the sheets along his skin too, slowly and softly rising up and down as he breathed peacefully in his sleep. Vash didn't lower his gun but couldn't help but stare at the sleeping form of his twin. The first time he'd laid his eyes on Knives after almost forty years…and he far exceeded all expectations. He still looks like the Fifth Moon…pink and vermillion, golden and white, light blue and cold. Vash is on a hunt, for blood and for lust. The object of his ire and desire: Knives. But is there still love under all the ugly hate and the feverish passion?
