After the Zero Requiem, Lelouch expects oblivion—not reunions with two of his least favourite people, beer, spare ribs of suspiciously divine quality, and brutally honest heart-to-hearts in a pub that should not exist. Instead of peace, the afterlife delivers family therapy, unresolved trauma, and a jukebox with an aggressively inappropriate sense of timing. Forced to confront his sins, his catastrophic life choices, his near-total lack of a love life while still alive, and the World of C’s deeply unhelpful sense of humour, Lelouch is made to face the people he failed, the feelings he buried, and the futures he deliberately denied himself. Along the way, he learns that regret does not stay buried just because the world has moved on. Between beer-fuelled confessions, painful reconciliations, and the realisation that some emotions are far more terrifying than death, Lelouch is given something he never planned for: the possibility of a second chance. Whether that chance leads to redemption, romance, or another catastrophic miscalculation remains to be seen. One thing is certain—love and world domination may not be mutually exclusive, but navigating both without getting stabbed again will take a miracle.
