Curious about his absence, Hardan padded deeper into the quarters and toward the sleeping alcoves. A fire in the living room dimmed with each step until he reached the entrance to Boga's small room. Inside, he found his son Boga on the floor atop a scatter of straw, his long limbs folded above him in an awkward pose. Boga was balanced on his shoulders and upper back, his light arms wrapped around his shins, his hips lifted in the air as if trying to fold himself in half. "What are you doing, you cheeky little monkey?" Hardan asked. "Just practising, Papa," the long blonde-haired boy replied innocently, his hair sliding over his face, his naked rear stuck high in the air. "For the ceremony?" "Uh-huh..." Boga confirmed, tightening his grip and pushing his creamy, round globes a little higher, concentrating on displaying what he had on offer. "I want to look my best."
