Fics like Forgotten Smile

Nick Carraway, instead of staying with Tom and Jordan during that disastrous outing they had, chose instead to leave early with Gatsby and Daisy that day. Fortunately he did, managing to wrench the steering wheel to swerve the car away from hitting Myrtle. Unfortunately for Nick, seat belts were not yet implemented in his era. As a result, he was flung out of the vehicle. Follow Gatsby as he takes responsibility for Nick when no one else was willing to, taking him in and caring for him as he recovers. When Nick finally wakes, Gatsby discovers he has no memory of the incident. Or of anything at all. *** A case study of Nick Carraway and Jay Gatsby with the added element of an amnesia fic.
