Fics like New Flutters

The war has ended, but that does not mean everything is fixed. As Cybertron rebuilds itself from the scars of civil war, polished metal hides fractures that have not healed. Old grudges linger in the seams of new structures. Fragile alliances strain under the weight of memory. Caught in this uneasy peace, two bots attempt to continue an old agreement in a world that no longer fits it. What once felt simple begins to shift. Boundaries blur. Familiar defenses crack. Old scabs are picked open, and emotions long buried resurface at the worst possible time.
