Fics like 1/2 way to first hero

The fight between the Marital artist Ranma Saotome and Safron cause a shift in the natural world, and soon, powers start to appear across the world, and when those powers get turned into weapons, Ranma, feeling responsible, take up the fight to take down the scoundrels who misuse their power... Legends speak of the First Hero, a powerful fighter who stopped at nothing to protect those who couldn't. Many claimed they were a woman, others a man, and many couldn't agree upon the power they had, but when the first hero vanished, the world knew they needed more, like them, so they started the first Hero program. Beneath the compound of All for One, lay a person regarded as myth, and the fight between All Might and All for One, just woke them up.
