His hands freeze in the air like he’s just been caught at the scene of his crime. What would his crime even be? Leaning back and watching Langdon reach for the box on the highest shelf instead of offering to help? Or would it be for allowing Langdon to act inappropriately with his attending at work? Maybe for ogling Langdon’s body as he stretches up, the hem of his scrubs revealing the thin line of toned skin.
