Fics like Obstacles & Obligations

What if it was Elizabeth's father who had died five years prior to the start of Pride & Prejudice and George Darcy still lived? How might this have changed the lives, plans and choices of our favourite characters? In this imagining Darcy and Elizabeth meet earlier and are quickly drawn to one another, however, the obstacles between them and a happy ending are many and they must consider whether their obligations to their families, their homes and those who depend on them will keep them apart.
