Fics like I’m still on that tightrope (I’m still trying everything to get you laughing at me)

“Bun-bun, how’s that cop job going?” “A fox and a bunny as partners in the ZPD?” “How the heck do you both successfully do anything together? You’re prey, and he’s a predator.” “A bundle of enthusiasm in the small body of a bunny, she puts way too much effort into giving out parking tickets.” “... a lowly country bunny…” “How did the ZPD decide you were suitable to become a police officer?” There were many things Judy Hopps could tackle in Zootopia. Major cases? With a bit of time and her trusty partner Nick Wilde by her side, even the most well-hidden scandals that had flown under the radar would be cracked before the ink could dry on the case report. Meter maiding? Piece of cake. A hundred tickets in an hour was her slowest rate. The single-carrot microwave meal? It could be tolerated. A little bit of rage and a reasonable amount of disappointment, but everything would be fine. But deal with the things the citizens of Zootopia had to say about her? It was difficult at times. Or, Judy’s insecurities and desire for external validation but I made them more prominent in Zootopia 2. And also Nick Wilde being a very supportive… *cough* friend.
