Fics like Something like enough

Hoshina has always known that Narumi is kind, hidden behind that wall of childish bravado he puts up in front of everyone every single day. That much has never been a secret to him. But this… this is different. He’s never seen this fragile, unguarded side of Narumi as they cross the threshold of an orphanage that clearly means something to him. Never seen the way his shoulders relax the moment he steps inside, the calm, genuine smile settling on his lips as he lowers himself onto one knee when the children come rushing to greet him. It’s soft. It’s natural. It’s devastating.
