Fics like kintsugi

”Do you want to have a drink with me?” There are a million reasons why Euijoo should say no. He hasn’t seen Nicholas in eight years. Who knows how much they both have changed? Euijoo certainly isn’t the same eighteen-year-old who left Japan, and he doesn’t know who Nicholas is anymore. This could end so poorly. It’s only in recent years that he has managed to lacquer his broken edges back together again, and yet here he is, going willingly into the waiting arms of the person who shattered him. “Sure. One drink,” he agrees. euijoo and nicholas broke up eight years ago. on new year’s eve in their hometown, they reconnect.
