Fics like Healing the Past (and maybe ourselves along the way)

“Well, we’re here now. We should do what we can to save everyone.” Zelda nodded along with Link’s words. “You’re right. We’ll need to secure the champions and their Divine Beasts. But the guardians… they will need to be dismantled. They hold a greater threat than the beasts. And… there’s the matter of getting my past self to unlock her sacred power.” “And you unlocked yours when…” “When I acted in love for you,” she finished, meeting his gaze. “We need to get our past selves to realize their feelings.” “You’re saying we need to play matchmaker.” “Yes.” “For our past selves.” “Yes.” He dragged a hand down his face. “We’re doomed.” —————— Or: Post-ToTK Link and Zelda, happily married, are investigating a series of disappearances when they’re suddenly sent to before the Calamity. They take it upon themselves to save everyone from impending doom, which includes helping their past selves get along. It’s a lot easier said than done. Oh, and more people are disappearing. There’s that too.
