Fics like Boboiboy's Powers Are Weird

"We were talking about—" Boboiboy starts, but then gets interrupted. "We were talking about how weird Boboiboy's powers are! They don't make sense!" Fang is giving Gopal one of his particularly pitying looks. You know, the kind reserved for the parents of defeated aliens and spoiled toddlers. "Okay? And how exactly do they not make sense?" "They're elemental powers, but they don't behave like natural elements at all! Not anything that could be found on Earth, or any other planet!" "That's because they aren't actually 'elements', duh." ??? === During a study session at the shop, Gopal brings up an interesting question about Boboiboy's powers. Ying debates. Yaya mediates. Fang answers. Somehow, it still ends in a way none of them could have expected.
