ONE SHOT Inspiration was drawn from Lesbeanlatte on Patreon Sapphyxiate is their Twitter/X Rumi is a half-succubus who would rather starve than risk hurting the people she loves. Unfortunately, the moon does not care. As her rut hits, her magic spikes, her hunger claws at her, and the demon in her chest keeps whispering that Mira and Zoey are safer as offerings than as partners. With a spellbound collar, a handful of rules, and a lot of stubborn love, the three of them try to make it through the lunar cycle without anyone getting hurt, physically or emotionally. There are near-misses, bad decisions, rough edges, and too-honest confessions. Rumi thinks she’s a ticking time bomb. Mira and Zoey are determined to prove she’s a person worth choosing, again and again, even when she’s at her worst. (“You’re ours, we love all of you Rumi. Defiant Demon and all. We aren’t scared of you, because the real you is the one shaking and trembling, saying that you’re the scared one.” Zoey said, voice thick with love and devotion to the Demon Girl that stood shaking against the wall, in fear of herself. “I don’t deserve it, I’ve hurt you both too many times before.” )
