Fics like heaven on earth

To him, it was always Min-su. Min-su before everything. Min-su before the job, before sleeping, eating and drinking. If Min-su got plagued by the nightmares, full of blood and gunpowder and fear, Gyeong-su would've sacrificed his own sleep to ensure Min-su could at least close his eyes that night. He was no martyr for that, and these weren't really sacrifices. Compromises, of sorts. One night, it's he who's guarding his lover's sleep, the other night it's Min-su. Easy as that. An agreement that needed no words to be made, sealed with a single look in the eye and a tender kiss pressed to a wrist. A story of a sword and a shield, of the one who sees and the one who is seen.
