Fics like The Z-Team aren't the only reformed Villains

Their dispatcher is one of them. Robert quit being the villain Cerberus many years ago, he quit that to become Mecha Man. But now his experience being a former villain is coming back to bite him in the ass. In return for SDN fixing his suit and dogs Robert has to dispatch the newest Phoenix Program heroes, the Z-Team. Will he be able to handle their brand of chaos, or will he call it quits like every other person before him?
