Fics like Rose Petals

Axl Rose never thought he could fall in love with his best friend. But when another red petal burst from his throat or a thorn pierced his lung, denying it became impossible. As the illness tightens its grip, Axl finds himself caught between silence that could kill him and a truth that might destroy the friendship with the only person he can’t bear to lose.
