Travis looked like a startled animal as Sal smacked the letter down on his desk. “It’s been you?” Travis’ face turned bright red, and he dropped the papers in his hands immediately. Sal knew it was him; he’s never seen Travis look like this before. Sal thought back to every time he’s spoken to Travis, every letter he’s left in Sal’s locker, every time he’s caught Travis staring at him with what he thought was disgust.
