Fics like Mikami-kun's kokuhaku

AU where Mikami and Light are almost the same age, Light 15, Mikami 16, and the Death Note doesn’t yet exist in their lives, and their lives are normal (amid all the chaos of the world around them). Mikami becomes curious about the student with the highest grades in the country, Yagami Light, and when he reads Light’s essays, he discovers they share similar ideals. The obsession begins. It’s his first and only crush—intense, devoted, but things are getting a little out of hand... Light was supposed to be a source of inspiration for Mikami, a way to surpass himself, not to lose himself like this... Edit: I've learned how to add images to the fic, so I've included some illustrations, and there will be more in the following chapters. They're all made by me :3 Disclaimer: I'm Team Wammy's Boys. I don't share the ideals of Kira, Mikami, Light, etc. I'm simply exploiting the yaoi potential of these two.
