Fics like The Whisper of Snow-Laden Wind

It was the coldest couple of days Nod-Krai had seen in a while. Upon those snowy gales a whisper was brought from the long undisturbed snow of a land far past. A dream that the humble ratnik had not dared to entertain in many uncountable years. Of a time gone by, where his life was ruled by the glittering peaks of society come and gone as much as stories flitted about on the wind. A time when he, once, had a most brilliant treasure he could never hope to regain. For you, the cold winds brought forth your own dreams, ones of a time that didn't feel like your own. Dreams that were far removed from your daily life as an adventurer with little to your name. Contents: 1. The Rake of Hazy Dream 2. To Pluck at Hunger 3. A Dream Brought in By Snow Drift 4. Snapping the Wings of a Dove (!!!) 5. BONUS: Author's Commentary / Ramblings Word Count: 18k Main Story 3k Author Commentary (Disclaimer : Geography and other minor scenery are changed *slightly* from canon because I could.
