Fics like You and Me, We Tie Ourselves Together

In a world full of greed and lies, war has simply always been a part of our lives. The strong trample over the weak, those with power stand above those who don't. Because of this ruthless rule of survival, the world fell into an uneven state and melted into total chaos. Mothers who lost their children wept, fathers who stood in the front lines to protect their loved ones fell. All because of human greed and lust. The balance of the world crumbled as the greedy took what they could, as the unrighteous destroyed what they disliked. Out of nowhere, as soon as the world was about to face obliteration, a shining brilliance spread hope upon the world as it appeared. A bright light, ordering humanity to halt their unlawful acts of violence. These lights, who appeared human-like to descend upon the earth, were called the Protectors. At the time they appeared, humanity obeyed their voices and promised to make peace with one another. Those who were righteous and kind were blessed with a land full of prosperity and flourishing environments. Will this uphold peace for as long as the earth lives, or will war break out once again and defy the law of the Protectors?
