Fics like Conjoined

Pairin gets in Maomao's head regarding why Jinshi bought out her contract from the Verdigris House. Miscommunication (and SMUT!) ensues! This is the alternate ending for Conjecture. Thank you to everyone who left kudos and such glowing comments. You inspired me to write the alternate ending! Chapters 1 and 2 of this work will be from Conjecture, altered to fit this new work and leave off where the alternate ending will begin, in case you are new here and do not care to read the first version, but I would highly recommend reading Conjecture for the more canon-friendly ending and context for where we started. This will deviate! While Conjecture is rated T for some mature themes, Conjoined is going to be rated E and is very inappropriate for underage eyes. You have been warned! If you are coming here from Conjecture, thank you! I am so glad you liked it enough to read more! You can ignore Chapters 1 and 2 if you want to avoid re-reading!
