Fics like Til Death Do Us Part

Tony managed to win the fight in Siberia, leading to the detainment of the rogue Avengers and, much more importantly, Bucky Barnes. In Tony's own words, the Winter Soldier's extensive, international, very politically charged crimes and refusal to turn himself in have landed him permanently in the hot seat. And, of course, Tony has his own feelings about how Bucky should be dealt with. “You were looking at a very unhappy ending with an undetermined amount of unhappy times in between now and then. Instead, your rights have been signed over to me. I’m your legal guardian and power of attorney. I decide everything that does or doesn’t happen to you from now on." It sounds like the opening to a villain origin story, but Tony has some interesting ideas on how to best deal with the man who murdered his parents, and it might wind up doing more for Bucky than living on the run with Steve ever could have. Now, that doesn't mean Bucky is going to necessarily like it... but whether Bucky likes it doesn't really matter anymore. “I own you, Barnes. ‘Til death do us part.”
