Fics like I'd love to change the world

In Sirius Black's last act, he created a spell to send someone back to fix it all once they knew how to defeat Voldemort for good. After the war, Hermione has been struggling and needing a project. When she takes on cleaning out Sirius' room, she finds a slip of parchment that could allow her to change the world. *NOW COMPLETED* JK Rowling owns Harry Potter, the characters, the world, and some direct quotes from canon.
