Fics like The consequences of my action

Davey doesn’t answer, merely looks at Jack with that mischievous tingle of amusement in his eyes. So Jack bends down until his and Davey’s head are on the same level, faces only inches apart. “Listen to me.” He hisses dangerously low, starring at Davey almost wildly. “You start a strike, you even think of starting a strike, participatin’ in one or anythin’ that could harm you in any way and I’ll tie you to this bed, you hear me?” Davey rolls his eyes dramatically, looking rather past than at Jack. “Yes.” He sighs. “No,” Jack hisses, grabbing Davey’s chin so he’s forced to look into Jack’s eyes directly. “promise.” He demands sharply. ---- Apparently strikes have consequences. Davey reaps the award and Jack loses it all about it.
