Dennis Whitaker lived a simple life. After his father died and he took over the family’s farm, his fate was decided for him. A small town he’d never escape. But that was fine. Maybe he’d learn to find peace in the hand he was dealt. Perhaps he’d find it in Dr. Michael Robinavitch, the local doctor he found himself enamoured with. Michael “Robby” Robinavitch was a simple man running from a complicated life. Sometimes it felt like his life was just one disaster after another. He’d left home for medical school and had planned to never look back. That was until he found his city life getting more and more out of control, and he decided to move back. What he didn’t expect was to meet the son of a man he’d gone to school with and bring a whole new world of complications into his life. ---- Countryside Hucklerobby AU because they've been haunting my tiktok
