Fics like The Girl with Two Souls

Ellen has led a very hard life. What with her father ignoring her, her mother trying to leave her, and of course suffering from an Illness that makes even immortality still a curse. But over her lifetime's worth of time as a witch, she has allowed her home to consume hundreds of souls of people in the woods near her house. And now it is time for her reward. A spell to switch bodies with someone. To leave her sickly body for the healthy body of another, one with likely better parents than hers ever were. But in the process of that she finds that her target for the swap, a young girl named Viola, has done something to her. She has caused her to for the first time in her long life be conflicted about her choices. Due to the friendship she gained with the girl over this time and the love she showers her with. So on the eve of the perfect opportunity to use her spell, she switches it out for another (much to her cat demon’s annoyance). One to allow her and Viola to live happily together, but will she accept and what will happen when that occurs?
