Fics like Resilience

The journal is roughly bound to poorly tanned Ram’s leather with stiff sinew string. The pages water stained and unevenly cut. There are rusty brown spots dotting the outside. The first page holds a short narrative and a rough to do list written in coal, poorly spelled and half crossed off. There are a few blank pages before writing begins to fill the pages again in cramped foreign script written in a flowing ink, the hand much steadier than the previous writer. Hi there unfortunate former denizen of Earth. My name is Julie Waters, I’m 26. A Sergeant in the Marine Corps, and I am probably going to die here. *INDEFINITE HIATUS* Inspired by lonelyagain's Dislocated Souls story. I liked the thought of having a military member sucked into Thedas and have been dying to give it a whirl.
