Fics like Professional, Not Personal

Turns out High General and Jedi Master Obi-Wan Kenobi is just like clone trooper CC-2224. It almost feels like treason to make such a comparison, but it appears to be the truth. Cody has always struggled with privacy and intimacy in a way most of his brothers didn’t, constantly stopped in his tracks by the nagging thought that he’s crossing some invisible line. *** “As I was saying before,” Cody continues, jaw clenched and molars grinding against one another, “the General seems uneasy with too much familiarity, and if he prefers to keep his distance, we should all try to respect his wishes. It’s the least we can offer him after all he has done — and is doing — for us.” *** In which Cody and Obi-Wan are both sad idiots in love with each other.
