Fics like The Broken Promise

This is a slow-burn romance set at the hyper-competitive Four Nations Academy (FNA), an elite sports boarding school dominated by a strict Alpha/Omega athletic hierarchy. The story centers on Asami Sato and Korra Waters, who shared a deep connection and a promise in middle school. That promise was broken when Korra abruptly left for FNA, leaving Asami behind. Two years later, they are both sophomores at the academy, but living in vastly different worlds: Korra is the charming, untouchable "fuck-alpha" star of the dominant Alpha Soccer team and lives in the prestigious Platinum Tower. Asami is the newest recruit for the successful Omega Volleyball team, focused only on her career and maintaining a perfect, composed façade.
