Tim Drake did in fact have an uncle. This is a fact. He did not lie. He has an uncle. Technically two. One lives out in Coast City as far as Tim ever knew, his name was Uncle Jim. The other, Uncle Hal, is dead. So what was a little forgery on bringing him back to life legally? It's not like his uncle was a secret superhero who would answer the phone when the police called his guardian. Uncle Hal was dead. Right? --- Or Tim Drake's biological uncle is Hal Jordan. The Jordan family decided to keep him legally dead for everyone's safety. And Tim decides to use his "dead" uncle as Uncle Hal Eddie.
