Fics like Your Promise Set in Stone

He envisions all he's been longing– the phantom touch of surprisingly soft lips on his, rough hands holding his thighs apart, and a fullness he can never replicate alone. With a gasp of his lover’s name, he’s sent over the edge shamefully quick. Unclenching his grip on Varka’s pillow, he turns to face the empty space. He should be used to the sight, but he somehow never fails to have the same recurring thought before he slips into slumber: I miss you. After weeks apart, Flins struggles with the newfound ache left in Varka’s absence– until the Grand Master finally returns to him with the quiet reminder that time can’t dull what’s real.
