Fics like so why don't we go (somewhere only we know)

“I thought humans weren’t welcome in the Library?” the Avatar asked. He tilted his head a little to the side, in a manner that reminded Zuko a lot of the Library’s resident fox spirits, who also always managed to convey such an innocent, confused look. “Uh- well- yeah, that’s true. But Master kind of made an exception for me,” Zuko tried to explain, smiling awkwardly. The girl’s eyes narrowed in suspicion, whilst the boy seemed to accept that reasoning, and lowered his weapon. Speaking of which… “Is that an actual Water Tribe boomerang?” After Zuko gets banished, he ends up in Wan Shi Tong's Library. Wan Shi Tong, respectfully, says "fuck it" and claims him - sorry, *adopts. Now, Zuko spends his days in the Library, indulging his inner theatre kid and learning about anything he can. Then, three years later, the Gaang drops in. (Title from Somewhere Only We Know, by Keane)
