Fics like City of Stars

I can’t just stand behind this guy like a creep all day simply because he’s attractive. Get it together, Hongjoong. “I, uh. I should probably go say ‘hi’ to Yunho,” he utters out, voice coming out somewhat scratchy and gravely with sleep. Seonghwa pauses in his movements, turning to look up at Hongjoong in clear confusion. ”Yunho isn’t here.” Hongjoong frowns, still feeling disoriented. “What?” ”He flew out earlier this morning, a bit after you arrived I guess. He’s on his way to Paris already.” Hongjoong silently balks. Wait. What? Or: Hongjoong was meant to spend his layover in L.A. with his childhood friend, Yunho. But when Yunho jumps ship in favor of pursuing his own plans, Hongjoong is left behind for a full twenty-four hours with a complete stranger—Seonghwa. But maybe the unexpected change of plans flip Hongjoong’s world around in more ways than one.
