Fics like All the soft things

Lucifer is tired. Tired in the way only a millennia-old king of Hell can be—bone-deep, paperwork-poisoned, soul-weary tired. His only real source of joy these days? Touching soft things. Flower petals, feathers, and most recently, the occasional chance encounter with KeeKee—when the demon cat deigns to allow it. So when he spotted the cat perched on the back of an armchair one evening, Lucifer half-mindedly reached out to stroke her… only for static to rise thick and sharp around him. Yes, you can probably guess what happens next. Also, Husk is a reluctant wingman. PS. I blame that one fanart. You know the one. (And if anyone knows where to find it and can tag it properly—please, for the love of God, do. Save me from scouring the internet like a feral raccoon.)
