Now satisfied with marking his territory, Chan pulls his face away from Felix’s neck and lets his hands slide down Felix’s shoulder to his chest. Gently, he runs them over Felix’s small, hard nipples. With his fingers, he tweaks them a little. He lightly pinches them and rolls them between his fingers, and by the time he’s done, Felix’s cock is rock hard and standing to attention. Chan runs his hands down Felix’s flat stomach. He misses Felix’s erection and instead cups his balls. Felix’s breath hitches at the sensation. Though this is a daily occurrence, he never becomes desensitized to the touches, and maybe that’s made worse by Chan being the only alpha who’s ever touched him like this. “They’re heavy,” Chan murmurs of the weight of Felix’s balls in his hands. In a dystopian future where omegas are sub-class citizens with no personal freedoms, they must submit to in-home touch inspections by their alpha. In the case of unmated omegas, this means an alpha parent or guardian. Besides the one rule—no penetration—the guidelines are purposefully vague and left up to interpretation. (Prompts: 24/7, No Penetration, Groping)
