Fics like Smiles are Contagious (and fatal)

What If we took 'The Addams Family Values' and Mashed it together with 'Wednesday'? When Wednesday Addams’ new nanny worms her way into the family’s good graces, she convinces Gomez and Morticia that sending Wednesday and Pugsley to the nauseatingly cheerful Camp Chippewa is exactly what their gloomy little offspring need. Surrounded by pastel décor, forced sing-alongs, and relentlessly smiling campers, Wednesday prepares herself for a summer of torture. But then she meets an unlikely ally: a boy whose father has shipped him off in hopes that the camp can “fix” his so-called bad behavior. His darkness doesn’t scare Wednesday—it intrigues her. Together, the three navigate the horrors of enforced happiness, overzealous counselors, and the endless plague of sunshine. For once, Wednesday begins to wonder if this summer might not be the slow death she expected… but something far more dangerous: a glimpse of companionship, understanding, and maybe even the faint stirrings of Friendship. ----- AKA Wednesday meets Tyler at camp Chippewa instead of Joel and the Two grow up together. _____ Chapter 16 Begins Part 2 following the events at Nevermore.
