“My… my Alpha craves pups of his own, I already feel it. A family. In the future. And you... you can’t give me that. I don’t want to lead you on,” Suho continued, voice breaking. “If I stayed, pretending this wouldn’t matter, it would only crush us both later. I'm sorry.” Beomseok leaned in, voice cutting. “You’re going lecture me about ‘your scene’ just because you found a new job? Don’t forget, Suho—” His tone dropped to a knife’s edge. “I paid you to help me during my last heat, so you could cover this month’s child support without struggling. And I didn’t say a damn when you called me ‘Sieun-ah’ the whole time,” Beomseok tilted his head, sneering. “It’s the least you can do. So. This bar, it’s infamous at KU. The owner’s a complete lunatic with a boxing ring right in the middle of the place. Anyone who pays a hundred thousand can step in and fight him.” Suho blinked, unimpressed. “Sounds idiotic.” Beomseok smirked wider. “That’s not even the best part. When things get too rough, the owner calls his mate. Supposedly the Omega's a beauty. SNU med student, close to graduating early.” He chuckled low. “They all end up getting beaten on purpose just for the chance to have him patch them up.”
