Fics like Home with You

After escaping an abusive compound, Yeosang has sworn to never trust anyone ever again. He’s alone, and he prefers it that way. He’s already made it through the end of one winter and, with the arrival of spring, he thinks he has a good shot at surviving for a while. His rules keep him alive, especially the most important — no communication with anyone, not even to save their life. Then he sees a cute, chubby-cheeked man with a gummy smile and big muscles fall beneath a horde of zombies and he can’t help but break his rules. Saving Jongho’s life was a mistake he can’t bring himself to regret, not even when it leads to him breaking all of his rules just to see that smile once more. On his own he can survive, but with them…with them he learns to live again.
