Fics like When Work's Your Passion

You needed an escape. Life had taken a turn, and you were stuck. No way forward, no way back, everything crumpling around you like a house of paper. Then your Uncle Fowler offered you a job that came in answer to your prayers, because it offered shelter, food, and income. The only catch? You might just die trying to live. Because Ratchet needed a medical assistant, and the Autobots needed someone who it didn't matter if their mind got read by the ominous prisoner held so carefully confined in a secured cell. So, that's how you met Soundwave. Big scary bad guy all locked up and rusting away, but that's not how things stay between you. -- Another wandering tale. Whimsical. Less structured and edited than my more serious novels. Yet another tale written for fun and emotional therapy. This tale has a lot more emotional angst and hurt, especially due to the nature of the imprisonment / captor circumstances.
