Fics like From on High

Weiss was sick of her father trying to barter her future for profit. Leaving the protection of the city was a death sentence, but honestly that was preferable to the slow death she'd suffer staying home. She certainly wasn't expecting an angel to fall from the heavens and slay the monsters that had plagued humanity in front of her. And she really wasn't expecting them to know who she was, or to look at her with such care in her eyes.
