Fics like Counting Heartbeats

Timothy had dreamt of becoming human, of course, but such a drastic change in his circumstances came with a whole host of new challenges for him to face. While being human meant being free to choose his own destiny, to go wherever he wanted, and to experience the world as his lover did, it also meant having to accept a degree of uncertainty, loss of control, and figure out his own identity outside of the clock. All things that Timothy was notoriously bad at. Thankfully, with his lover by his side, he was sure that he could face anything his future held. Or: Timothy's realization as seen from his POV.
