Fics like Sticks and Stones

Based on this prompt from the 'The Force Awakens Kink Meme'. Most of Finn's new comrades on the D'Qar Resistance base welcome him with open arms. Some do not. In fact, they do their worst, and he sees a lot more of them than he does Poe, Jess, and Snap. The thing is, Finn has already experienced the worst that the First Order has to offer. So this? This is nothing. They'll see the real him soon. Basically Finn starts out as persona-non-grata in the Resistance ranks, puts up with literal shit (Sanitation duty...again) and wins everyone over with his spirit, determination, and general badassery.
