Fics like American Summer

It's the last day of school, and Ken Takakura trying to ignore the kids celebrating the beginning of summer on the bus ride home. But then an altercation occurs, and for some reason, Ken, the hopelessly quiet and shy kid, speaks up. This results in a fight, which gets both Ken, and the girl who kicked his assailant in the face, booted from the bus, and forced to walk home. What he finds is a new friend, and the strange first feelings of love. Hello, I hope you like it, and join me on this fun journey of self discovery and love! (also, aliens, spirit journeys, swimming in lakes, star gazing, and other fun summer activities!)
