Fics like Fashionably Late

Before Strade strapped a collar around his neck and peeled away his humanity, strip by flayed strip, Ren was just a lost young man — alone in a foreign country, aching for connection. That need for closeness is what led him to the Braying Mule that night. But when his date never showed, Ren was left teary-eyed, vulnerable… and easy prey for a sadist with a cinematic streak. “Fashionably Late” depicts what would have happened if his date actually showed up on that fateful night. This alternate universe explores who Ren was before Strade twisted his fate — and the kind of person he longed to connect with before everything unraveled. You are that person. And somewhere along the way, there’s a decision you have to make.
