Fics like Adieu to the Dead

You died. Sans died. But in the void between life and death, you found each other, and a chance to live again. Merged into one body with a dying child skeleton, you wake up in the middle of a brutal war between humans and monsters. With baby Papyrus to protect and your brother Gaster's experiments turning you into something more (and less) than human, survival means running, fighting, and holding onto whatever shreds of innocence you can preserve. Or: Isekai War AU where you get hit by Truck-kun, merge with Sans, become a child soldier, and eventually end up in a polyamorous found family with 14+ skeletons. Features: PTSD, creative use of green magic, so many puns, and the aggressive pursuit of a normal childhood for Papyrus. no stripes or brother/brother are involved in romance. Ask not for whom Truck-Kun honks, Truck-Kun honks for thee This is entirely plotted out and outlined but will not have a set release schedule The background is finally done! If you dont like war AU's you can officially skip to the middle of Chapter 10 and it becomes a 10 skeleton story.
